This Privacy Policy explains how Seedance 3.0 ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at seedance3.si and our AI video and image tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to run the Service.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address, your name, and your profile picture if you sign in with a third-party account such as Google. We do not see or store your Google password.

Content you provide. This includes the text prompts you write and the images, video clips, and audio files you upload as references. It also includes the videos and images the Service makes for you.

Payment information. Payments are handled by trusted payment processors such as Stripe. They collect your card or wallet details directly. We receive only limited details, such as your plan, the amount, the date, and the last digits of your card, so we can manage your subscription and credits.

Usage information. We collect basic data about how you use the Service, such as the pages you visit, the features you use, the models you pick, and the number of credits you spend. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, time zone, and language.

Cookies and similar tools. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and understand how people use the Service. We also use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure traffic and the results of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Service may then stop working.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
• Make the videos and images you ask for, using your prompts and reference files.
• Store your results in your account so you can view, download, and edit them later.
• Process payments, add credits, manage subscriptions, and send receipts.
• Run rewards such as daily check-in, invites, sharing rewards, and feedback rewards, and prevent abuse of them.
• Answer your support requests and send important notices about your account or the Service.
• Find and stop fraud, spam, illegal content, and other harmful activity.
• Improve the Service, fix bugs, and understand which features are most useful.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded files or generated results to train our own AI models.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only when it is needed to run the Service or required by law:

• AI model providers. To make your video or image, we send your prompt and reference files to the AI model providers that power the models you choose. They process this data only to return your result.
• Service providers. We use trusted companies for hosting, cloud storage, databases, email delivery, payments, analytics, and customer support. They can use your data only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Seedance 3.0.
• Business changes. If we are involved in a merger, sale, or similar deal, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. This policy will still apply to it.

Content you choose to share publicly, such as a post with your share link, can be seen by anyone.

4. Data Retention and Security

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. We keep your generated videos and images in your account until you delete them or close your account. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

When you delete content or close your account, we remove it from our active systems within a reasonable time. Some copies may stay in backups for a short time before they are deleted.

We protect your data with industry-standard security, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud storage. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise total security. Please keep your sign-in details safe and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

The Service is not meant for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your data or close your account.
• Object to or limit some kinds of processing, such as marketing.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
• File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can delete your videos and images in your account at any time. You can turn off marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in each email. To use any other right, email us at support@seedance3.si. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request.

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. When we move data across borders, we use suitable safeguards as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a big change, we will tell you on the website or by email. The date at the top shows when this policy was last changed.
