Welcome to Seedance 3.0. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Seedance 3.0 ("we", "us", or "our"). They cover your use of the website at seedance3.si and our AI video and image tools (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Seedance 3.0 lets you make videos and images with AI from text prompts and reference files such as images, video clips, and audio. The Service gives you access to several AI models, which may change over time. We may add, change, or remove models and features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that company.
You need an account to create content. You agree to give true information and to keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your account or create many accounts to get extra rewards. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
Credits. Making videos and images uses credits. The number of credits depends on the model, the length, the quality, and other settings. The cost is shown before you generate. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew on their own until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew after that. Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period and may expire as described on the Pricing page.
Credit packs and rewards. One-time credit packs, sign-up credits, and reward credits from check-in, invites, sharing, or feedback may have their own limits and expiry dates. We may change or end reward programs at any time, and we may remove rewards gained through abuse.
Payments and refunds. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Prices may change, but changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for. Because credits are used right away to run AI models, payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.
Failed generations. If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits for that task are returned to your account.
Your inputs. You keep all rights to the prompts and files you upload ("Inputs"). You give us a limited license to store and process your Inputs only to run the Service for you, including sending them to the AI model providers that make your result.
Your outputs. Subject to these Terms and the law, you own the videos and images the Service makes for you ("Outputs"). Users on a paid plan may use their Outputs for commercial purposes, as described in the commercial license available in their account. Because of how AI works, other users may receive similar results, and we cannot promise that your Outputs are unique or protected by copyright in every country.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for your Inputs and Outputs and for how you use them. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including any person's face, voice, or likeness, and any music, logos, or brands.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:
You also agree not to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, use bots or scripts to access it without our permission, get around safety filters, usage limits, or payment, or disrupt the Service or other users.
Some AI models block certain content, such as clear photos of real human faces, for safety. We may review content, refuse to process a request, remove content, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice. In serious cases, we may report activity to the authorities.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI results can be wrong, strange, or different from what you expect. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or meet your needs, and we do not guarantee any specific result.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seedance 3.0 and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, that come from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to protect and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs that come from your content, your use of the Service, or your breaking of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a big change, we will tell you on the website or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute will first be handled through good-faith talks with our support team.
